About
I'm 48. I grew up in Corio in a brick house. Dad was a fitter. Mum did the heavy bits and nobody made a speech about it. I left school at the end of Year 11 because a classroom made me want to put my fist through a window and a frame didn't.
I've run crews in Melbourne, chased slabs that weren't ready, and done FIFO in the Pilbara on a two-and-one. I came home from those swings as a useful visitor more times than I like saying out loud.
Michelle has been with me seventeen years. Ella is sixteen. Jack is thirteen. We live in Langwarrin. I watch Geelong. I still take a list to Bunnings.
I am not a coach. I don't have a morning routine. I can speak for a lunch shed I have sat in. That is the end of the licence.
I wrote these because the other books were either a dummy spit or a sermon. I had been both. I still work.
